Special food in special store

When you move to another country not only do you have document problems, new adaptation, different costumes, and strange language. For many people these problems are increased because they have to eat a special food.
Ireland is not exactly renowned as a vegetarian or vegan heaven. Irish meals have traditionally consisted of "meat and two veg" with the emphasis on the meat. This has changed somewhat but being a vegetarian in Ireland does require a bit more effort, planning and research when food shopping or eating out.
The good thing is that most of the products have specified and detailed the components on the boxes and labels. This is very important for celiacs. 
But it isn’t only the availability of vegetables, it also depends on where you come from. Sometimes you can’t find your bread normally you take, pasta, oil, sausages...  some times you have to go to the Health Food Shops.
